and Compliance Requirements
APIDIS’s production, processing, and packaging methods adhere to strict quality standards. IFS Food-certified since 2022, the company complies with an international standard dedicated to ensuring quality and food safety throughout the production process.
Each year, an independent audit examines, among other things, traceability, risk management, and the various stages of honey processing—from cold de-crystallization to homogenization and filtration—as well as honey-based products. In 2025, APIDIS received a score of 98.22%, reflecting the high standards applied to its processes.

This approach translates into concrete actions that promote internal dialogue and support for our teams. Building
reliable and responsible partnerships over time
Raise awareness among our partner organizations (
)
Each year, APIDIS raises awareness among its partner beekeepers about best practices in beekeeping and social responsibility issues through a dedicated questionnaire. In 2025, the response rate reached 57 percent, with a target of 70 percent set for 2026.
Build loyalty among our partner
APIDIS prioritizes long-term relationships with its beekeepers in order to build trust and ensure a sustainable supply chain. By 2025, 68% of partner beekeepers will be loyal customers, an increase of 26% compared to 2024.
Ensure traceability
Each jar is tracked by batch number, which makes it possible to identify the honey’s origin, floral variety, harvest period, packaging, and the beekeepers involved.
